Burned-did not soothe at all

I purchased the whole cicapair sensitive skin line. I was having some serious issues with my skin lupus flare/rosacea/ allergic rxn we aren’t sure what caused it but my skin was in desperate need of some major help. Super red and extremely swollen. I purchased this line in hopes to help calm and at least soothe my skin. The only product that helped me get some sort of relief was the cicapair mask. Everything else burned so seriously bad. Like extremely bad. I returned everything but the mask as I had stuff already at home that would work better. I was so disappointed as I guess I had high expectations for getting some sort of relief. But honestly for the price it just wasn’t even worth it to keep. PIC: Was what I was dealing with-this product did NOT cause this.

Disappointed

I'm very disappointed as this product has changed, it's not the same serum that used to be my favorite!

Reformulated and disappointed

Reformulated. Not like it used to be. The great scent is gone and the consistency is thinner. Could be good for oily skin. Not worth the money.

I have very sensitive, dry skin with rosacea, and I’ve tried many products to help reduce my redness. This is the FIRST product that I’ve noticed actually reduces my redness. I am already on my second bottle! Worth the splurge.

Doesn’t work

After using 3/4 of the bottle and following the instructions for use I haven’t noticed even a sliver of a difference in either the redness or texture of my skin. This doesn’t work and I will be exploring internal solves like diet for my redness.

This stuff is pretty good! I liked it. I did get it to review for free. I have better stuff so I don’t think I would purchase again.

Nice feeling but not effective for me

I honestly didn’t see a huge difference long term but I might not have the kind of redness needed to correct with skincare. The dry down of the product wasn’t my fave either

Bottle leaks and product is meh

Didn’t see any changes to my skin after using this product. Aside from that the bottle leaked on numerous occasions and then had a big blow out each way on a plane. Too expensive for all that.

Le serum anti rougeurs vraiment efficace

Après avoir essayé de nombreux sérum apaisant celui la est le saint gral. il a enlevé toutes mes rougeurs en une nuit, j’ai la peau mixte avec des imperfections mais sensible (souvent petit boutons, rougeurs) ce serum m’aide considérablement à apaiser ma peau et à l’hydrater. L’odeur est un peu particulière “odeur céréalière” mais je le rachèterai en continu car c’est le meilleur et composition au top merci dr jart 💖💖💖

A must-have serum for redness and irritation

After using this product for quite some time, I am happy to say I am pleased with my results. This serum is a lightweight, fast absorbing serum designed to reduce the appearance of redness and inflammation. The serum is calming and leaves my skin feeling refreshed after each use.

Helps redness!

I used this product for awhile and I really liked it! It helped to take away redness in my cheeks while using it. Now that I am out of the product the redness has returned though.

Very soothing and reparative. Love using this if my skin barrier has been compromised.
