This product delivers on shine! I have straight, medium thickness, long hair. Due to coloring and sun exposure, my hair tends to be dry. I am always seeking products to restore the shine to my hair. The serum has a nice consistency that allows you to disperse it through your hair smoothly and evenly with no running. I loved the slightly floral scent which remains in your hair after use. After applying the serum, I used the blow dryer and could immediately see the shine and healthier appearance of my hair. The shine was even more evident after using the straightener. I gave the L’Oréal Professionnel Vitamino Color Spectrum Glass Shine Hair Serum three stars because I honestly didn’t notice anything special about it. I tried using it as directed, but I didn’t straighten my hair—though the product does recommend it, it’s not a requirement. Even so, I expected to see at least some shine, smoothness, or softness, but my hair looked and felt pretty much the same as if I’d just used water. There wasn’t any extra gloss or improvement in the look or texture of my hair. Maybe this serum would work better for someone who heat styles, but for me it didn’t deliver. Oh My! L'Oréal did it again. A fantastic result oriented serum, anyone can fall in love straight to it, as the Beautiful pack is opened. First thing, as I opened the bottle the luxurious scent was enough to tell me I am gonna love it for sure, but I wanted to try it before falling for it. I used 2 Pumps on my towel dry hair and applied it to my hair strands evenly. The silky and smooth texture instantly made me say ..Wow! It gave my colored, dry and frizzy hair an incredible shine and Vibrant and healthy look that is still fresh after 1 wash after the product was used, for the first time recently. The ant frizz and humidity control formula is amazing, keeping my hair smooth and sleek. The scent is a luxurious treat for my hair, I just used some in my hands to enjoy the scent for sometime. Vitamino Color Spectrum is so perfect for colored and shine-free hair like mine to give it a healthy and glossy look. A New Must Have for Frizz Free Shiny Hair

I have blonde highlights and naturally dry hair. I am always looking for hair products that are effective and will simplify my hair care routine. I was given the Vitamino Color Spectrum serum by L’Oreal Professional Paris to try out and give my perspective on its effectiveness, packaging, and scent. I was initially skeptical because I have tried dozens of products for frizz control and shine. I have tried drug store brands and high-end brands. One of the things I noticed is that a lot of them weighed my hair down. My hair rarely looks smooth and shiny, regardless of the products. This is partly because I have been coloring and processing my hair for decades, and partly because I never could find the products that worked well for my hair. It’s thin, dry, but there is a lot of it. The Vitamino Color Spectrum serum came in packaging that is simple and easy to open. The bottle it comes in is easy to hold and lightweight. After I showered with towel-dried hair, I pumped a little into my hands and rubbed them together to evenly distribute on my hands. I was scared that the serum was dark red in the bottle, and might stain my top, but when I pumped it out, it came out as a clear liquid. I thought it’d be a little thicker, but it’s more of a watery consistency. It seemed to still distribute evenly through my hair. I could not tell if I got it all through, but I sectioned my hair off into two parts to ensure I massaged it from mid-length to ends. It had a powdery floral scent, which is not my favorite, but it was not overwhelming, so I came to appreciate its light, floral, powdery scent. I blew my hair dry, and let me tell you, I was shocked. My hair looked so smooth. I immediately fell in love with this product. My hair remained frizz-free all day. My hair did not get weighed down, and looked light and airy. It will be a part of my weekly hair wash day routine. I feel put together. I give this product all-around five stars.

I have been loving the L’Oréal revamp lately! This serum makes my hair feel so silky smooth and the shine is leaves behind is unmatched! My color treated ends tend to get dull and I usually struggle to find products that will hydrate the ends of my hair while not making the top greasy, but this product definitely does the job! This lasts up to three shampoos which is great for cost effectiveness. It takes a very small amount. The directions say to use one pump at a time. It is very liquidy and easier to use that way. I found that one pump for one side and one pump for the other is the perfect amount for my hair. I can’t wait to use this is the salon on my clients! I know they will be big fans of this! Bonus, it smells great!!

I'm very impressed with the L'Oreal Professionnel Vitamino Color Spectrum Glass Shine Hair Serum. I have finer hair and sometimes it doesn't take much to weigh it down or make it look greasy. I didn't have that issue at all with this serum. I used just one pump and distributed through my hair. Once it was dried, I noticed sleek, shiny hair and the frizz and flyaways in normally battling were gone. This didn't make my hair greasy and I was able to go without washing several days. With other hair serums, my hair has gotten greasy overnight. The scent of this serum is lightly floral and makes your hair smell good. This will definitely be a part of my permanent hair routine.
